Our repeatable IT Asset Disposal process will help you to save your costs and create new purpose for your old, obsolete IT assets.

  • By cooperating with us and providing us with your obsolete IT, you improve your ecological footprint. We will extend the life of your obsolete IT assets and thus prevent a need to further mine new land. We will ensure the assets does not end in the landfill after its 2nd life.

  • Entire second life is traceable by us. The impact into your ESG rating will be documented and reported to you. We can help you to establish understanding of the impact of this activity to your ESG reporting.

  • Handling the obsolete IT cost money (processing, warehousing, packaging, transportation, data erasing, recycling, etc.). We provide professional, cost efficient solutions, which will save your OPEX costs.

  • Having your old IT in some kind of warehouse or stock within your company imposes risk of loosing this hardware and data stored on it. With our periodic regular involvement this risk is minimized.

  • Every little drop matters. Your effort to give your IT second life will pay off by having higher credibility amongst all your stakeholders.

  • If you do not donate the HW to us, we are ready to pay for it fair price. This will be your direct profit.

  • STEP 1

    Identification & Assessment

    First we will identify assets eligible for revival and repurpose. This is done based on your asset data and sometimes physically in the stock.

  • STEP 2

    Erasing Data

    Based on your preferences, we will clean the data in your premises, or it can also be done in our warehouse. In both cases we will issue a certificate confirming the assets do not contain any sensitive data.

  • STEP 3

    Refurbishment & Remarketing

    HW is refurbished, cleaned and prepared for new user. It contains also software installation if required.

  • STEP 4

    Transportation & Distribution

    The assets are delivered to the country of usage and distributed to the new users by us. We provide warranty to the users for assets, which broke.

  • STEP 5

    Responsible Recycling

    At the end of the second life the assets are responsibly recycled and material, which fit to further production is delivered into production.

Data cleaning

  • Data cleaning is done with using proven software and by trained experts.

  • Certificate will be provided to provide you with an evidence of successful data cleaning.

  • Data cleaning will be done either in your premises or in our warehouse (based on your preferences).

  • Where we will not be able to prove that the data was cleaned successfully the data carrier will be destroyed and evidence will be provided.

Certifications provided

  • Certificate of conformity for your ESG reporting will be provided upon request.

  • Data Cleaning Certificate will be provided based on the request.

  • Ecological Recycling Certificate will be provided based on the request. We are using only certified and ecologically friendly partners for this last step.

Track & Trace

  • We provide full transparency into every activity related to your assets after you hand them over to us. Thus you can monitor the impact of your assets until the very end of their second life.

  • All major touch points will be logged into the database.

  • A full traceability is available in Report (when required and in the detail required).
