  • We provide only fully tested and 100% working and reliable hardware.

  • Our experts understand wide range of HW types. We will assess your needs and provide you with the advice on what assets will best suit you.

  • With understanding your needs, we will select the best suitable HW for you as well as choose the one with price within your budget.

  • Based on agreement we can provide installation of some SW, especially Operation System. The conditions must be agreed individually based on your requirements.

  • The HW will be delivered to your premises and handed over to responsible staff in your organization, who will distribute it to the end users.

  • We provide warranty on delivered assets. Warranty means that we will replace not working asset by same or similar type. The warranty varies based on quality classification of the assets. Typically it is 8 month for A type and 4-6 month for B type. Please, read more about asset classification here.

  • After the HW ends it life, we will collect it and responsibly recycle it (whenever possible). The material, which can be further used will be delivered back into production cycle. We will provide a certificate of ecological and responsible recycling whenever possible.

    Advice on Price

    We will search the right assets for your on the market and consult with you during that process about scenarios fitting your needs and budget.

  • STEP 3

    Delivery & Distribution

    The assets will be delivered to your premises and made ready for distribution to the end users by your staff. We will hand over the warranty documents and policy.

  • STEP 4

    Warranty

    In the case of warranty, we will replace the asset by same machine or equivalent type within agreed time frame. Typically within few working days.

  • STEP 5

    Responsible Recycling

    At the end of the second life the assets are responsibly recycled and material, which fit to further production is delivered into production.

Warranty

  • We typically provide warranty on the assets we distribute.

  • The warranty means that we will replace the asset with the same / equivalent model or fix it if it does not work.

  • The warranty period and conditions differ based on asset classification, type and age.

SW installation

  • We can provide you with installation of Operating System licenses based on your request.

  • Another licenses required will be installed based on our agreement.

Distribution Models

  • We provide multiple distribution models of our HW in order to provide maximum flexibility for our clients

  • In a nutshell there are two main distribution models. One time delivery of a batch of products and hand over to you. And, so called Asset As A Service (AAAS) when we deliver assets constantly for agreed period of time.

Recycling

  • At the very end of the assets life we will do our best that this last step is friendly to the plant, society and concrete people, who need to deal with it.

  • Therefore we only use certified partners who make sure that recycling is done in responsible way.

  • All material, which can be used again in production is delivered back to the production process to minimize waste.
